REGISTERED GUESTS & VISITORS All overnight guests (anyone at the property passed midnight) must be included in the reservation. Additional visitors must receive host approval before entering the property. Only approved guests are permitted to stay overnight, and the property’s maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. SECURITY & RESTRICTED AREAS Exterior security cameras are installed in disclosed outdoor areas for property security. Cameras and security equipment must not be moved, covered, disconnected, or tampered with. If they are tampered with, we will pursue a cancellation of reservation immediately. Guests may access only the designated guest areas. Restricted areas on the sides of the building, gates, and other portions of the building are not included in the reservation. Guest only have access to the first and second floor and the front parking lot. RESPECTFUL USE OF THE PROPERTY Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. We ask all guests to respect the property, surrounding businesses, and nearby residents. PROPERTY CARE Our property has been thoughtfully remodeled and furnished for your comfort. Please treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. Documented damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will result in additional reimbursement requests through the booking platform.
